An Embodied Approach to Integrating the Myofascial Midline in Transformational Bodywork, Movement, Breath, and Meditation

In this unique Self-development retreat, we step into our own shadow. More specifically, we open up to the bodily aspects of our shadow, where confused, unmet, repressed, and even painful experiences—sometimes with very early developmental roots—are projected and armoured. Through careful shadow work involving movement, touch, breath, and meditation, we learn to embrace and gently nourish these parts. By gaining embodied insight, we experience what it feels like to take ownership of every part of ourselves, bringing them into the light of our hearts and opening the door to a more integrated, authentic life. This is what transformation is about: when moments of inner peace, joie de vivre, and positive resonance are attuned so deeply that your joy and my joy become ours. Compassion is always deeply relational.
