Anatomy Trains in Motion is an in-depth exploration of myofascial meridians within the framework of body-minded movement. You will learn how to utilise Tom Myers Anatomy Trains body map to facilitate greater postural ease, movement functionality, and a feeling of wellbeing.
This course will be recorded with 30 days of access to the recordings provided. In order to access the recordings, you must sign up prior to course commencement.
